Description:
Dear Investors,
I am interested in beginning a club theme that provides nightly karaoke to the public featuring a live band instead of the standard Karaoke machine. The music would be primarily 80's rock/pop but can also include 90's and present day tunes of the same genre. Club would also serve food and drink specials and feature live bands once a week in place of karaoke. Menu would feature Asian, Italian, Amercana, and Mexican fare with exotic drink specials available. Happy Hour sessions daily and special drawings for prizes from local vendors interested in joint deals that would benefit both parties. I have several years of experience in restaurant management and an extensive amount of experience in karaoke clubs and music knowledge extending from the 70's through the present
