I am a baker / cake decorator that graduated from The Culinary Institute of America's baking and pastry arts program in 2008 and after working at different bakeries decided to try out my own wedding cake business. I've been very successful with this at home, and now three years later I think it's time to expand into a storefront so I can have a fully operational bakery. This wold give me the opportunity to take on many more custom orders as well as have daily items available for walk-in customers, such as cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc. I pride myself on cakes that both look good AND taste good - everything is made from scratch using all natural ingredients.
