Thriving counseling center whose owner is wanting to retire. I have been providing services here on a contracted basis with several other therapists. The owner wants to lease the practice to one of us or close the business. He has been dishonest and on the advice of a CPA, it would be better to move the practice to a new location and start it under a new name. Everyone there including clerical staff agrees.
