St. Lawrence Seaway Projects
Letter of Summary
Seven years ago, I began with three projects near the St. Lawrence Seaway at Ontario, Canada.
1) Marine Fuel Terminal,
2) Tank Farm,
3) Container Port.
The Marine Fuel Terminal is currently under construction and is scheduled to operate in June 1, 2008.
The tank farm is the next valuable investment, which has all Federal and Provincial approvals that include environmental, proposed site plan, etc. It is ready for final Municipal approval. The Mayor and the Director of Economic Affair Officer assured me at our last meeting that the whole process will not take more than 3 to 4 months and the building permit will follow immediately.
