Paradise Coast Real Estate Consulting Inc. was started in the fall of 2007 to meet with the rising demand of investors looking for alternative real estate investments. We chose Costa Rica as our first project because Costa Rica is growing rapidly as a tourist destination as well as a place to have a second home or to relocate to altogether. The northwest coast of Costa Rica is known as Guanacaste. This area is known for its mild consistent good weather, beautiful beaches, good surf and good fishing. In 2004 the area exploded with investment and interest when the country’s second international airport opened in Liberia. This coincided with the Four Seasons opening that same year boasting record numbers. Airport statistics have climbed at remarkable rates every year prompting the tourism institute to forecast a shortage of several thousand rooms for the coming years.
