We are endeavoring to bring to the valley (Phoenix) a homeless shelter with one hundred and fifty beds; hundred units of assisted living for the elderly and handicap; another one hundred beds for nursing care primarily for the elderly, handicap, and indigent population; and a twenty-four hour child care facility. In addition, we also have planned a wellness clinic for the low and uninsured population. These services will have support services of benefits specialists, job coaches and Christian counselors. The facility has the potential to generate 16 million at capacity. We willing to invest for a three year period at most once loan is obtained, unless there is an angel to fund the whole project.
