Description: E.L. Music Group and Media was thought of by my partner and myself. My partner is Edward Reed. He and I are singers/musicians. We met in Germany while in the military. We formed a band and toured Europe playing at all of the U.S. military bases. We used to send off our music to record labels around the world. What we discovered was that most if not all of our music was not listened to, thrown away, or returned to sender. We later investigated this and found out the reason why. Most record labels do not accept unsolicited material. We have studied music media and music thoery over the years and have come up with what we believe is the perfect solution to get undiscovered artist a shot at stardom. This company is a third party that makes the artist's demo solicited, thus giving them a chance to be heard. We created this company to be a totally online web based talent scouting, A&R, and marketing company. We have former A&R people with Arista and Jive ready to be hired guns. We will focus one the video side of scouting talent. It will cutting edge as we get our members to perform on their press kits. The same way people upload videos to youtube. They will be able to do that at our totally interactive website. We will help them and give them pointers on how to perfect their image and brand. We will create a total on-line press kit to help them get that record deal. While it's important to sound great, it's just as equally important to look the part for branding. With the creation of the internet, record labels are losing lots of money from pirates downloading free music instead of buying CD's. This is why they put so much of an emphasis on marketability to get people to buy concert tickets to events. There's a real need for what we do. We would have a membership base bigger than American Idols once the word gets around about us on the web, radio, and T.V. American Idol goes to some cities around the country to try out people that wait all day long and only get one chance to impress. What about the people who have to work for a living that don't get the chance to travel to the auditions? Well, that's where we come in. We'll focus on the masses by bringing the auditions to your living room. On top of that, it's not one and done with us. You don't have to wait around all day for your chance to sing. You will get a chance to rehearse your audition routine over and over before submitting it from the comfort of your own home at your leisure. There's no pressure of one chance. How many people with talent mess up an audition becuase of nerves? Even the accomplished artist have bad days. If you are interested in hearing more, I can fax you by business plan once you leave me a fax number. There's a lot in the business plan to offer security to your investment. This venture could even be picked up as a reality t.v. show if I hire the right PR firm to promote this. Part of my team will be sales people selling to sponsors, soliciting broadcast markets for the t.v. rights to this reality show. As the traffic to our website increases over the buzz about us, we will no doubt attract money to the venture. You must read my business plan! My email is (URL removed). Thank you for your time.
