Description: Curves N Charms, is a retail store, with a boutique feel to it. The idea and inventory is designed to appeal to and fullfill the fashion desires of the full-figured woman or teen. There are no other stores like it within a 100 mile radius. There are no stores in the area that cater to plus size women exclusively. I have for the past year managed to purchase very small lots of inventory and sell them be it from the trunk of my car, word of mouth, or soliciting sales in beauty salons. The task of selling from my car and door to door has for me gotten old, but it has been profitable. I have already gained a small and committed clientel, Who now wait specifically on me to acquire merchandise, or call with specific items in mind that they would like to try. In this venture I have also become a paid stylist. My dream is to own my own store. I'm damn good at styling other people and just have a natural eye for fashion. I've made a believer out of my community as far as my skills in wardrobe matters are concerned. However it has been nearly impossible for me to get the capital I need to open my own store. I dream big, one store isnt enough, after the successful kick off of the first one.....I see a chain of stores in the future. These plus size women are yearning for clothing and accessories that highlight their fuller figures, not dress them up in colorful printed moo moos. Which is just about all you'll find around here.
