Woman owned and operated, Indiana WBE certified ,commercial construction interior-finish sub-contractor. Experiencing large growth this year with very little capital. It is difficult to run a business while awaiting pay applications and at times it takes 60 days to get in the payable system. We have contracts through 2017 and also several beginning in 2017 in schools, and three area colleges. Finishing up a large project for a university in Gary and we also work with a doctor's group from Illinois and a real estate developer in Indiana. We work for large general contractors in Indiana. We would also be interested in a Mentor who has a construction background. We have a great team in place in the field just need the finances to operate correctly. We also have a dry ice blasting division which is underdeveloped and currently services mainly repeat (URL removed). This is a part of the business which could be developed and marketed into a much larger market share. We have outgrown the SBA model of which we have received funding from in the past and with little collateral our conservative bank is unwilling to extend us any further credit.
