MISSION
To be the leading publisher of culturally Hispanic social and mobile games.
THE COMPANY
HIP Venture is a social game publisher creating culturally Hispanic games. The company has assembled a team of top gaming professionals and studios to accomplish it’s mission and fill the need for relevancy.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The “crop” of social and mobile games today lack Hispanic depiction or culture beyond the common dictators, drug dealers and call girls in the well known Zynga title, Mafia Wars.
Combined with these facts...
Hispanics are 7% of Farmville, or 4..3 million MAU’s [Just in Farmville!]
(URL removed) the fastest growing minority in the US, with 50 million people,
(URL removed)ch is 1 in 6 Americans,

(URL removed)nish is the Second largest Facebook language, with 72 Million active users
(URL removed)o is the third largest internet language, with 153 Million speakers online
We see a big opportunity to be the game publisher of choice for this fast growing and underserved market.
THE STRATEGY
To maximize this opportunity, the Company will create or acquire rights for social game titles with relevant cultural themes that follow standard social gaming mechanics. The objective is to take these proven game mechanics and apply them to relevant subject matter that will appeal to the target markets.
MASS APPEAL
The Company believes that it can capitalize on the market’s familiarity and rising comfort with all things Latino. This is supported by social proof in the form of successful Latin-themed TV properties like Dora the Explorer ($1 Billion in annual Revenues), Go Diego Go, Handy Manny, El Tigre and more, combined with the many real world actors, comedians and musicians. Hip Venture simply intends to update and extend the Latino genre to social and mobile gaming.
FLAGSHIP TITLE
HIP Venture’s first game series, HipChicas: Help Improve the Planet®,
provides the market a fun, relevant option that connects cultural, gender and social identity. The game was to debut as a virtual world before pivoting our business strategy to social and mobile games and received 30,000+ registrations in advance.
TITLES TO FOLLOW
