Description:
After 18 years in the travel industry, I have found a property that is perfect for a retransformation. Selling at approximately 60% of its potential hotel value, the hotel is located in a major industrial area in the Hampton Roads section of Virginia. I have personally turned around 2 other hotels for other owners and am now looking for investors to join me in acquiring a property in need of operational changes but not physical changes.
