GRS has been in business for nearly 2 years repairing homes for invetors. There is a great need for this in the Charlotte NC area, as many investors are coming to this area to buy homes. I need to have more working capitol to keep up with demand as I add a crew to my business. I am looking for $40,000 to help with supplies for a period of 6 months. I have an investor with a home that is free and clear willing to allow a deed of trust against it to sucure this financing. If the home is sold, the investor would be paid immediately and I would guarantee a rate of 15% for the 6 months term even if the principle is paid back sooner.
