Description:
Hi,
I am a developer that is seeking funding for a 88 acre subdivision. The property is free and clear and I am looking for 60- 65% LTV for funding. This projest is in a area that needs affordable housing, I have already sold 2 lots and have interest in many others. I have strong credit, excellent job history and need an investor that believes in small communites and can see the vision.
