We are interested in purchasing a restaurant with 4 adjacent lots. The building has been vacant for approx. 10 months and will need some repair work. Currently, there are plans to develop the surrounding area. A 'Lowes' is scheduled to be completed in mid 2007 and housing and recreation plans are in place for the nearby Lake. We plan to reopen the restaurant and add a family friendly sports bar. We owned and operated a similar business in N. California for 5 years and sold that business for a profit. The building and adjacent lots are listed for $450,00 but this is somewhat negotiable. Owner my be open to a lease-to-own arrangement. We are looking into an SBA loan but would prefer other options if possible.
