We provide financing to a 30 year old automobile retail dealer in Phoenix. Gross sales from the dealer last year were in excess of $1.5 Mil. We currently carry $200,000 in high intrest notes. We have partnered with the dealer and are seeking to capture 100% of this dealers financing sales this year. To this end we would like to raise upwards of $500K to $1Mil and return the principal and interest monthly on a 3 year amortization. We currently have a personal line of credit pending at 9.25% interest only. We can secure the notes in an escrow company so that a third party has fiduciary responsibilty for collateral.
