I have located a business that is for sale, and in the price range and location I'm looking for. I'm looking for funding that will provide for purchase, lot rent for 1 year (and want to negotiate a lower paid-in-advance rate) and working capital also for one year.
The goal is within 3 years to add sit-down cafes with drive thru services that focus on both local fare and local talent and will meet the growing demand for "third place" locations where people want to go and spend their time and their money. In short, I am looking to develop a solid base and build upon it.
