Mind Body & Pole is a boutique yoga, pole fitness and pole dance studio. Founded in January 2021 by Laura Hellinghausen, our mission is to provide a place of high quality and supportive instruction to enhance our members' health both physically and mindfully so that every person who leaves a class, woman or man, feels confident and empowered.
The LLC was incorporated in January 2021 in TX with Laura Hellinghausen as sole member.
Laura started interviewing for instructor positions in January of 2021 and has 2 yoga and 2 pole fit/ dance instructors - all with certification and experience. Laura also carries a 200 hour yoga teaching certificate and will be an X-Pert Pole certified instructor come May 23, 2021. Additionally, Laura has a bachelor's degree in accounting and worked in the public tax sector for about 4 years before choosing to relentlessly pursue her passion to open Mind Body & Pole.
All business financials have been carefully thought out with the help of advisors in the industry and hours of research and networking. A studio building has been found that is in the perfect location our target market, requires little to no build-out costs, has an affordable monthly lease rate and all of the amenities needed to operate a high-end facility and offer private studio rentals for events such as bachelorette parties, workshops and teacher trainings for yoga, pole and barre.
