Description: We are a gold and pgm mining company. I am Laura Engel, majority owner of JL Mining Co LLC and I am re opening a historically producing gold mine. I am pursuing my dream of owning a successful mine. I was searching for the ideal property to be able to not only support my family but create jobs and support my community of rural Gilpin County. I have secured a letter of intent, closing on the property Monday with a purchace price of 3 million owner-financed. When I found this property I have experience with another mine startup near there boasting PGM'S (platnium metal group) in addition to gold and silver, so instinctively I tested for PGMs at the Rip Van Dam Mine and it proved fruitful preliminary reports of an average of around 120.9 to 155 g/t of Pl,Pt & 15.5 g/t to 135.63 g/t of Rh. In addition to the certified amount of 115,000 ounces of gold the PGMs make this a uniquely abundant discovery. By processing the mine dump (very similar to a mine tailing but never processed) we can produce anywhere from a minimum of 30.8M (using the minimum concept numbers of 31g/t for each metal except RH tested only.58) to 60M (including the rhodium using the average of the prelim testing numbers and the 38.675 g/t of certified tonnage for gold). The feasabilty study was done by world renoun Geologist Dr. Oppenheim who certified the tonnage for submission to the Vancover Stock Exchange at the gold spot price today the value would be $209.3M in gold only gross profit. Among my adviors are Matt Collins (president of the Colorado Mining & Rescue, 30 years in the mining industry, graduate of Colorado School of Mines with a degree in geology, he is certified to write 43-101 reports, owner of the Hunter-Bates mine in central city, owner of Black Fox Mining, and has ran many sucessful mines), Robert M. Kennard, previous leassor of the mine graduate of Baylor University & SWU school of law, extensive background in land, title and map analysis, founder of federal flood certification cooperation. Jared Smith (Geologist from the colorado school of mines, MSHA certified, and a driven work ethic) Jim Pachis (over 40 years in minerology and involved in the assaying and core samples the previous group took) Luke Schranz (an engineer & graduate from Colorado school of mines, 10 years of field work involving POGO mines in Alaska) Sami Ragab (Graduate from University of Colorado - strum college of law, managing partner of Ragab Law, owner & consultant to multiple start ups, former employeer) Viana Baking (CPA, experience accounting for Gold Corp. for many years) & Jeremy Wilkinson ( Mechanical Engineer & Partner). The plan has always been to hire experts to run the facility and manage the miners
