Description:
Started in 2007 attending SBA classes, incorporating company and looking for a coin laundry. Initially wanted to purchase real property and set up coin laundry. However, found this to be too costly starting out. I recently came across a great deal. Leasing agent will let me open existing laundry that has been closed for 18 months. I just need monies to have 32 washers/32 dryers serviced, 1 months rent and 1 months security. Went back to SBA to get startup loan (I only need $10,000) and was told their loans were on suspension until further notice. Went to my bank and because I have not been in business for 2 years cannot get a loan. For me a coin laundry is a recession proof business. No matter what the economy people are going to wash their clothes. The laundry is located in a very densely populated area. I intend to provide other services that are needed in the community as well. This venture will be a cash cow. Is there anyone out there who can help me get started. Thanks.
