Johnson III Properties, LLc started in Macon, Georgia in May 2008. This company consists of two historic homes that have apartments inside that we rent out to mainly our target market for Downtown Macon. We are in the growth stage, and we would like to gain access to capital to make improvements to the home to make the houses more appealing.
We are also aware that our houses are in a prime area for Mercer University's students which include but not limited to the Law and Medical students. Mercer had now accomplished some major goals in enrollment, and they are now building a state of the art stadium the Ouse their Division I NCAA Men's Lacrosse and Football team. This in general will cause our houses to be more appealing for students.
