Description: I am seeking funds to Build a Bed and Breakfast/Event Center in the Chicago West Loop area. The Bed and Breakfast will have 15 Guest Suites, 100 seat Caf'e, 2 Banquet rooms, Rooftop Events, and Outdoor Garden for Special Events. I do not have the Capitol for this venture , but I have the Drive and with a team of Professionals could make this work. I am a Event Planner who want to expand my services to Total Hospitality . I seek a partner/s who would be interested in making this venture happend . Sincerely LaShaun Price
