The business is to provide end, near end and career plateau executives with a method or reinventing themselves as Executive Recruiters in their chosen industry.
They will be provided with the following tools and support to ensure success
1. Online Training
2. A recruitment process software system
3. A Global Brand supported by ongoing marketing
5. Professional Accreditation and Study opportunities
6. Client and Candidate generation services
7. Executive Selection and assessment tools
8. Back and middle office support services (Accounting, invoicing, referencing etc)
9. Offshore Resourcers (Database management and candidate sourcing)
10. Management and outplacement support counselling
11. Other sundry online marketing tools (see appendix)
One off Membership fees will be set at £15,000 - £20,000 (TBC) ex vat which represent the cost of providing these services from third party suppliers via an integrated online platform plus a markup.
Members will also contract to pay 5% gross royalty on any revenue they generate using the ERA platform and brand.
Other revenue streams will appear as the membership grows to provide other services and advertising etc to a growing online community.
This is a global play to build a scalable international business rolling out UK, then Europe, USA, Australia, The Americas, Asia.
The business can initially be located anywhere in the developed worl
