I buy investment properties and fix them up for resale. But I find people with not so good credit rent the house to them and help them fix their credit in the process. After one year of this I then go ahead and sell the house to the client who was renting the home. Then finance the house for them in my mortgage company and also the insurance. While the house has enough equity in it to where the client would not have to come out of pocket for anything. And I would have in house realtors and insurance agents along with loan officers.
