Description:
Hi, my name is Larry Summey and my passion is deer hunting. I have spent my whole life in the sports arena but I always come back to my first love, hunting whitetail deer. I am looking for an investor that would share in this dream with me. I know this is a very lucrative and sound business based on my research and hunting experience. I am looking for a large parcel of land with 400 to 2000 acres. Obviously, the larger the acreage then the revenues would increase. In addition to the hunting, the land will include CRP income and tillable income or crop sharing. Turkey hunting is another source of income. I have identified several properties in Illinois and Iowa that would be the perfect platform for such a business. I am looking for an investor that is willing to fund anywhere from 500,000
