We are a fresh, startup company looking to invest in raw land in profitable areas. As well as properties in cities with an appreciating value, we have already interviewed and decided on property managers nationwide. At this point we are looking into grants and private investors to fund our first investment, with somewhat high ROI as spring break/summer approaches purchasing rental property in vacation hot spots will lead to quick return. Following that purchase we will expand into a city property (currently researching trends for the next 6-8 months) to rent and grow from there. Somewhat an aggressive investment strategy, but it is based on a solid foundation to provide long term growth.
