Description:
I own an eight hundred and fifty acre industrial business park in Somerset Pennsylvania, that runs between two four lane highways with one of them being the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the other being State Route 219. The site also contains a non potable water that would be suitable for many industrial uses. The land is in the process of development and I'm interested in finding funding for my project.
