Maria-TinaVision was founded in 1992 as the design company for 6 time Emmy winner Maria-Tina Karmanlakis.
We are seeking funding to build or renovate and upgrade a design studio and boutik for Maria-Tina which will allow us to license her designs to the general consumer market through housewares, tableware, linens, couture and ready-to-wear, furniture,etc. as well as pursue corporate branding, and television work.
In addtion to her Emmys, Maria-tina has won 13 internation BDA (Broadcast Designer Awards) for art direction and grpahic design on broadcast television, and her open floating heart necklace was presented to the women nominees for the Oscar Award in (URL removed) was the first woman art director in Latin television network history when she first worked at Telemundo and Univision
