Expected Net Profit is $20,000 per Kg shared equally between 3 Partners. By paying the Sellers in West Africa only after final assay and resale in the US, and by starting with small volume and ramping up, the Total Capital needed is just $12,000. We seek ONE “Finance Partner” to provide the needed $12,000 in start-up capital. But the deal is structured so only about $1,000 of that $12,000 is at risk, while your upside potential is set by a “buy-out clause” at about $1.5 million.
