Description: UPOC is a start up company looking for investors. The Industry is Apparel. The concept is original and new to the industry I'm attempting to do business in. I know all the details of the business and can start it over night with available capital ready at my fingertips. My mind is 24/7, non stop thinking of building a successful brand that people/consumers will not only appreciate but respect. The product will make the consumer feel like their money is worth the time. With the product line as it sits now, I can project a minimum of 50-75M in gross at the retail level in the first year business. The contemporary sportswear market of Apparel is wide open because theres nothing new in the stores. Independent sales reps' for this industry want new lines with integrity and promise when they approach buyers. UPOC's product line matches that criteria. The potential for growth is enormous. Any investor would have guaranteed ROI. This sector has viable businesses and opportunity platforms with potential growth and investment opportunities. People will always need clothing just as much as people need liesure time activities such as entertainment/sports activities and/or functions. The bottom line is I'm sitting on a politically motivated billion dollar idea concept that with a significant investment can become one of the newest and most successful brands of the Apparel/Clothing industry that anyone has ever seen and will see. This is a product that can be multi-branded with mini collections similar to the stature of Ralph Lauren, Chaps, POLO etc etc. Except UPOC is the only name. Similar as in, NIKE. UPOC is looking for investors who would be willing to see the product and negotiate some terms. Investors would really only be needed at start-up. If whom ever feels like they want to invest later in phase II, lets say around after 18 months, then thats at the investor's discretion. The product will create the demand. The company will grow on its own. The confidence in the product comes from rigorous market research and knowing who my customer is on the corporate level as well as the bottom market consumer level. The quality of the designs', logos' and product execution fit like pieces to a puzzle of enormous wealth.
