Our community has a thriving theater that is run by volunteers. Space is provided by the city, but that space is going away with city renovations. We have an opportunity to start a new theater, inheriting assets and talent left in the wake of the loss of the current space.
We have extensive data for the past 5 years, and a detailed profitable business plan for the new theater.
While the new theater is for profit, all of the staff will be volunteer, with most positions filled already.
