I am a jack of many trades but my background and passion has always been food. I did a sort of test drive out on my own last summer. I saw something on the Internet a very simple but ice catching and delicious take on a potatoe. it's called a tornado potatoe. No one in my area sold them. I was able to get a tent at a couple of festivals. we had a very simple menu. tornado potatoes which are on a stick with your choice of seasoning. sour cream and onion. garlic salt salt and pepper salt and vinegar and bbq. we also did hotdogs,bacon covered hotdogs and hamburgers. I had some friends help me out we did pretty good. I have decided now I would like to start small and simple with this concept with just a food truck. I eventually want to use this idea and many others to build revenue to stream into my other passion real-estate but I'm taking my time and gathering the tools and skills I'll need to be the best in the when time I'll use what I know and love best.
