Real Estate Investing. I have a certified business plan from FAMU in Florida. My business will consist of buying Tax Lien Property, selling it as is, repairing it to sale or lease it. This type of business is very risky, so I will watch which type of property I will buy and where I will buy it. Lord's willing in a couple of years I want to start in Rehabbers Program,only in the neighborhood that are rehabbable and able to keep some sort of property value. My husband will be running the business as well. I pray that I have given you enough info to get this Loan approved.
