Description: The Troubadour House is a housing development for the working musician. It strictly has "Rooms for rent" in a bar district in your major music markets (i.e. Austin, Fort Worth, Nashville, Memphis, LA, etc.). The housing would have "common rooms". Think college dorms. Kitchens, lounging area, laundry room. But what would separate this development from any other, is that it would be strictly catered to musicians. Practice rooms the company would have on site to rent out. A built in bar/venue that instantly becomes a hot spot in town because the place is filled with great musicians. This is for the people out gigging constantly. It doesn't make sense as a musician to spend $500 on rent for an apartment when you are never there. Not only does it make sense financially for a musician, but business wise as well. The networking opportunities for the individuals who rent there are endless of you are surrounded by other full time musicians. The possibilities are endless here, and there is NO place like it, I have done the research. So lets talk!
