Lands Tools is a tool design company for the construction industry. We currently have 3 products which are patent pending for the paint industry, and a developement pipeline consisting of 7 additional designs for a variety of tools which are being prepared for the patent process. We are looking for capital to produce our molds for production and business developement costs. We have already recieved price quotes from a manufacturer, shipping and storage quotes, and are basically ready to start rolling the product off the line. We have recieved strong interest from Sherwin Williams and Home Depot regarding our products but neither one is willing to purchase based on the "ideas" they want to see a finished product to ensure no glicthes in the ability to bring the products to market. I have business plans and models of products for interested investors.
