Description:
Looking for start up capital to purchase sections of land near the coastal waters of Terrebonne/Lafourche Parishes of Louisiana. Land will be set up for R/V camper leasing. The bigger the property, the more spaces will be available to lease.
Sport fishermen are shying away from permanent fishing camps and looking for R/V camper spaces to lease, which would allow them to remove their property to a safe area if threaten by a tropical storm.
I currently work for the local parish Sheriff's Office Water Patrol Division and see this need on a daily basis. I am interested in this plan to supplement my current low income to better my family and home. Thanks!
