My idea is too provide quality fishing for the people that enjoy Lake Eries walleye,smallmouthbass,perch,catfish,white perch,white bass fisheries. I have 18 years expirience on the lake along with my father who has 35. An average walleye executive charter cost 640 dollars for 2 people. We could undercut the cost for 525.00 a charter. The fishing seasons start in march and end in late november before winter comes through. I would like to buy and run a 4 boat system three six person boats and one head boat which holds 25 - 30 people charging 35 dollars a person coming to about 1000.00 dollars a trip. You can run all boats twice a day. This would come to around 5000 dollars profit a day everyday of the week besides the holidays which would bring in around 965,000 dollars a season. With the more boats in the fleet is the more money you make soon enough I would like to own and operate 15 boats. Also on this I would like to add a small restraunt and bait store along with rooming to provide for long term guests who fish more than one day.
