Forefront Solutions Inc (FSI) is a technology/Holding company which owns two staffing subsidiaries.
FSI is working towards developing a SaaS model of software combining the features of an ATS, HRIS, LMS, CMS, systems all under 1 package. Currently, all of these systems are separate causing a lack of Easy interactions. We are developing algorithms which will match employees with employers in a completely unique way which streamlines the recruitment process providing 24/7 access without the need for recruiters. This will allow a company to search the database and offer jobs without the need to call someone and ask them to manually do this.
Our Staffing subsidiaries focus on Quality not Quantity of placements providing industry-leading training free of cost to our candidates specialized towards what our contract facilities want them trained over.
We have a course catalog of over 700 courses covering 35 competencies from soft skills, to manufacturing and personal finance. We are working on disease-specific content specific to nurses to ensure they are properly trained in specialties prior to showing up for their assignment
We are currently in talks with multiple healthcare facilities working towards finalizing contracts to provide staffing for them. They are also very interested in our SaaS product to help with recruitment, retention and employee engagement. (3 big corporate hospitals in the midwest are interested)
