The website is a central, one-stop apparatus with which to organize student living arrangements. The website enables students to locate and network potential roommates, as well as research available properties--all in a user-friendly, entertaining, and interactive environment. The level of contact between two roommates potentially suitable for one another--inclusive of emails and instant messages--is as singular as it is instantaneous. These features bring users within closer reach of one another, and render the experience of using the website a more personal, intimate one. It is precisely the kind of experience to which the Facebook generation has grown accustomed. We are now working with Baruch college, which has about 1000-2000 students looking for apartments annually.
