KL-MATIC is a specialist Rural Housing Construction, company with four areas of focus; ( i) Construction of Housing units, (ii) Turnkey Project Management Implementation, (iii) Construction Management and (iv) Cost Management & Reporting. After the company was founded in june 2013, a contract of 400 units was secured with a blue chip company in Durban, at a value of R4 million (labour, supervision & transport). This was followed by two other housing projects on a "supply and fit"basis. One with 350 units at R26 million, the next with 1500 units at R114 million which we forfeited due to lack of finance. The first project ran for May 2014 to Feb 2015 and has been stopped due to client's reduction of scope. The project is expected to resume works next year May. Currently, KL-MATIC is seeking finance to take on a project secured in eastern cape for 450 units at R47.610 Million rands with a potential of more than 18% Gross Profit Before Tax.
KL-MATIC has the requisite knowledge and experience on RDP housing from pricing, execution, monitoring, cost control and quality assurance to delivering a project at exceptional profits margins with minimal material losses wit appropriate speed of delivery.
