My partner and I are looking for investors to fund the purchase of an existing business and property. The current business gross monthly income is $30,000. The land totaling 5 acres that the business is on is valued at 5 million. The land will serve as equity towards the $3 million purchase price and the current business monthly income will go towards paying back the investors.
