The only establishment, providing adults with an enticing atmosphere, exotic music, and vivid entertainment with a burlesque style dancing and serving signature drinks. Located in San Antonio, TX we are welcoming world class entertainment for a sophisticated crowd.
Partnering together as P squared, consisting of Fallon Cleveland, Krystal Cleveland, Krystina Cleveland, and Delana Bagwell, we will work together to promote, advertise, and bring business to Pink Panties, which will be owned by Denise Cleveland. Targeting college students, young professionals, leisure and business travelers, we are aiming to be located downtown. After conducted research throughout the city, and surveying the area we are having an expected opening date of August 10, 2012.
Only having indirect competition with the nightclubs and bars around, because we offer more of a variety is what makes Pink Panties a commodity to the San Antonio, TX area. The specialty frozen drinks, the lavish atmosphere, the great customer service, and the original dancing are all very distinct differentiators.
After calculating the expenses and creating a budget we foresee a profit increase within the first year. We will have weekly promotions and daily happy hour specials to increase our revenue. Not having direct competition makes this an untapped market, and with our consistency in discounted prices and admission, and considering the information above and throughout the business plan, a $250,000 loan to Pink Panties would be a great investment.
