Hello,
I am in desperate need of your help. I had a foreclosure about a month ago. I have 0 debt and i have a good job & good pay as a Sales Manager for over two years.. My home that i bought in December 2005 decreased in value by over $150k! I want to BUY my next door neighbors house at $150k less than what i paid for my property, the same exact model. I did cash for keys on my condo through EMC, so a foreclosure is showing on my credit right now. I have tried everything to save my home, but i was too upside down on it, it was better to let it go. Even my lender told me to let it go. I only need to borrow $140k at the most to buy it back, and as you can see the price has dropped to the very lowest at $140,000, this is an AMAZING price. I bought my home for $255,000 in 2005. I only nee
