I have been offered a partnership, so to speak, with Property Bank. They are based in Salt Lake City, UT and have been on NBC and other news including our local Deseret News paper. In their 15 years of business, they have flipped over 10,000 homes. They give a comprehensive three day training in Real Estate Whole selling, Fix and Flip, Buy and Hold, Pre-Foreclosure, Short Sales, Foreclosures, REOs, and Phantom Foreclosures. At the end of the training, they are there to hold my hand through the processes, and more importantly, I am given a Proof of Funds letter for up to $500,000 per transaction. They will be my backers. They also have a system I can plug into for accessing pre-foreclosures and other information not readily available to the general public.
The cost of this training is $1997 plus $997 to learn how to buy property liens. They also give a money back guarantee. They believe and assist in making my first sale within 90 days when they will refund the $1997. Or if I haven't earned $6000 within six months, they will refund the full amount. So I could then pay you back, even with interest. Of course they get a percentage of each sale, but only 1% to 3% of the net profit.
The Utah training is next week, August 14, 15, and 16. I have already signed the contracts, but would need to pay them this weekend.
