I am a visual artist with the creative ambition to build an 85,000 sq. Ft. Warehouse space, where 30k-40,000 (URL removed). will be available for rent, with space for 10-12 tenants. All of rent accumulated from the tenants will go back to the investor as well as the cost of maintenance and utilities of the space. The rest of the warehouse will be occupied by a small restaurant/bar, art gallery, my personal studio as well as my living quarters all under the same roof. The idea of this creation is to give back to the community by offering a new perspective into the creative lifestyle. I am currently finishing my BA before pursuing my masters degree in fine arts.
