Description: Ameryk LLC was founded in 2008 and has been working with a number of strategic partners in Green Energy fields. Our first major project was utilization of wind electricity generation system in mining industry, called the Wind Cube. The second large project is utilization of forest and agricultural products in plants generating electricity and heat, which we extensively researched for the past year and a half. In our research we discover a vast variety of potential products for biomass. While researching, our attention was attracted by a product called Palm Kernel Shell (or PKS). In our opinion PKS is the most suitable product on today’s bio mass market that would help in developing our business venture of generating electricity and heat in the Polish market. Based on European regulations of utilization of agricultural and forest products in production of electricity and heat, to lower the emission of CO2 and independence on fossil fuels, Poland by 2020 is required to generate 15% electricity and heat from renewable energy sources like hydro, geothermal, wind, solar, biogas, liquid befouls and biomass. We want to concentrate our first steps on dealing with biomass, because it accounts for 90% of RES (renewable energy sources) in Poland’s energy production. Our idea for business is not only to sell Palm Kernel Shell but also to build business starting with Palm Kernel Shell and as we grow to add other products and green energy solutions to our offer. We would like to become a Wholesale center, first for Poland, then for Eastern and Central Europe. Our specialization would be distribution of biomass and green energy solutions, selling biomass and ideas directly and indirectly to power and heating plants and other commercial customers in need of green energy solutions. In 8-9 years our plans call for going public or selling the company.
