Description: I currently own a financial services company providing Investment Management, Mortgage Brokering, Insurance and Tax Services. I am moving my offices to a new Home Concept Mall call Total Home Concepts. This 45000 sq. ft. center is made up of 28 different business relating to the home. Business includes flooring, cabnits, lighting to spas etc. They are wanting me to expand my services to include consumer financing. Brokering out the consumer finance is expensive to the business. I would like to hold the consumer notes collecting some discount, collecting the interest and making the business responsible for the defaults. I have two needs. Working capital for office space construction, salaries etc and working line of credit for issuing the consumer loans.
