Description: Pressure Packed Sports Inc. (PPS) is a newly developed sports company specializing in the lucrative fantasy sports industry. While PPS is a newly formed company, its management and advisors have held or currently hold successful fantasy sports companies and/or executive marketing positions. Although we have an experienced and successful team already in place, we’re also excited about the additional business savvy and knowledge an investor or investor group can add to the project. Together, we can create a winning business that yields significant revenue and profits to all of us. Across the U.S. & Canada, the fantasy sports industry has 18 million online fantasy sports players. These 18 million customers generate an estimated 2 billion dollars in revenue annually. The fantasy sports industry continues to grow 2%-3% annually and is expected to continue to grow each year by that percentage through 2010. PPS recognizes a tremendous niche opportunity in the fantasy sports industry. Currently, there are no companies offering an independent and scientific formula to rank these 18 million + customers/players on a national, state and local level. It is common for message boards, online forums, & blogs to debate who is the best fantasy sports players in the world. Fantasy sports players spend a lot of time debating and bragging who is better. Much like the excitement and talk regarding the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) in College Football, our niche plan will capitalize on this need by becoming the “official” fantasy sports ranking company for all 18 million customers in the fantasy sports industry. Our scientific, patent pending formula/software allows customers from any league or website to enter their league information and be assigned a point value and ranked accordingly. In addition, we will be the market leader in this niche for all sports (Football, Baseball, Basketball, Nascar, etc) in the fantasy sports industry. Our marketing strategy plan calls for an initial push by aggressively advertising on many of the leading fantasy sports informational sites. Because PPS management has a lot of experience and credibility in the industry, we will utilize our name recognition to jump start a networking campaign on message boards, forums, & blogs. Due to the nature of this unique niche service, we expect word of mouth to spread quickly. Customers will be curious and want to know where they rank as a fantasy sports player nationally, by state, and locally. In addition, our chosen web design partner will specialize heavily in SEO placement. Our revenue model calls for a combination of two strategies. The first strategy is to offer customers an initial 30-day free trial period to become hooked on the software and rankings system. After the free 30-day trial is over, customers will be given the option to continue using the site for a fee of $19.95 annually. Our second strategy is to capitalize on the mass database of unique users who register at the site to find out where they rank. Regardless if a customer decides to pay the $19.95 annual fee or not, our mass database of users will allow our partner contacts in the fantasy sports advertising business to sell advertising inventory throughout our site. The exit strategy vision of also allowing customers to use the site for free for 30 days is that we will build up a very valuable database of fantasy sports players. Because customers will be entering their league information from all different websites, we will have a tremendous database filled with all sorts of invaluable fantasy sports data. It should also be noted that PPS management may decide to implement a totally free strategy in order to build as much volume as possible. Being able to generate a mass database of fantasy sports players and where they played their contests, how much they spent, & where they’re from will allow us to realize our exit strategy of selling the business unit to one of the major online fantasy sports companies.
