My company has been focused on 4G technology since 2007, i was working on building out a wireless broadband company. That business has been hard on me. I'm turninfg my focus to real estate, as their has never been a better time for buying homes. I have put together a team of experienced RE specialist in their respective fields.
I have two of the top RE attorneys in our area. One is a transactional funding broker, the other is experienced with closings, a tittle company experienced in back to back closings, and RE professionals, experiencd with all aspects of real estate, 7 years as my agent,and consultant in all re matters. he is also the HUD manager for a large RE company here in Jacksonville.
I am re entering the Re market, and need a private funding angel to help me through a moving market, and fund deals where we are in at arv of only 50 to 60% of value. Buy wholesale, and re sell wholesale, as income producers.
