Basic terms.
After some initial research and exploration, the Principal and President of a highly successful, fine dining guide, celebrating it’s tenth year anniversary as San Francisco’s premier restaurant guide, recognized the opportunity to create a new, unique and comprehensive online dining guide base on a very creative, comprehensive and competitive format.
To date in excess of $200,000.00 of the principal’s money has been invested in website development, marketing materials and development of a sales force.
The website is prepared to launch within the next 10 to 15 days we anticipate that revenue will begin to flow within the next 15 t0 20 days.
We are seeking a small amount of additional capital to carry us through the first six to twelve months and are prepared to offer a very substantial return on investment.
We are seeking a $150,000.00 to $500,000.00 investment capital commitment to be taken down in draws of $50,000.00 if and when needed. We are prepared to offer an Investor the following. 1. sixteen percent (16%) annual rate of return on invested capital with monthly I/nterest only payments. 2. Five percent (5%) of net income for a period of seven years. 3. Return of invested capital within three to four years. 4. Continued payments of the 5% of net income for the full seven-year period, even for the remaining years after total return of investment capital.
Projected return on investment estimated to exceed 150% to 200%.
