We are a real estate investment company that started with a small motel that was in need of a serious overhaul. We have since expended our rental properties that include 4 separate domiciles. We plan to develop the adjoining 8 acre parcel by constructing a 15-20 unit apartment complex, with room for expansion. The current market shows a staggeringly low availability of affordable rentals in Montezuma County. There is a current 30-40 unit project underway in Cortez, 17 miles west, that is already completely leased with a lengthy waiting list.
Our objective is to construct complexes using reclaimed shipping containers, solar power, water harvesting, and other advanced environmentally efficient solutions as possible. The climate in the desert SW is in need of advanced water collection/conservation/preservation that can and should be implemented whenever possible.
